Too Busy To Exercise?

You better walk, “bish”

Does your busy schedule make you put off exercise? Thoughts about the little time you have in a day fills the heart with discouragement.

Exercising seems challenging when you haven’t moved your body with that much intensity in a while. May even seem painful; and a burden to exert soo much energy.

The will to exercise is halted by procrastination. Promises of I’ll do it later — anytime but now pacifies.

You’ve decided to delay health priorities in this comfy; yet problematic dynamic.

You might think starting an exercise routine is a process in itself!

The stuff you need to buy: clothes, the right tennis shoes, equipment, a program, gym membership. There’s plenty to do with so many options!

Those who belong to a gym feel ashamed for not using what they’ve paid for. Or glance at their neglected treadmill and ignore the guilt blossoming in their chest.

Perhaps you’ll get a trainer this time; to really get your health on track.

I say never mind all that — you better walk, bish

Walk for 5 minutes — 10 minutes — 15 minutes — 30 minutes to 60 minutes three times a week…
